Yoga is the pause in my day. It takes me onto an island where I can connect to my essence and reconnect with universal vibration of the planet. I like to move and sweat in order to find meditation. Since I was a teenager I have had a love affair with the practice of yoga and I’m always excited to share my passion.
With a background in kinesiology and personal training I am very injury conscious and do my best to que proper alignment so everybody can leave injury free and feeling better then when they came. Currently I am studying Traditional Chinese Medicine and integrate it’s philosophy into my teachings. I love laughter and getting over perceived limitation to help students see their potential. Yoga should be fun, explorative and non judgemental.
